Welcome, and thank you for taking a moment to learn about me. I’m a Pacific Northwest native and have been selling real estate for over 10 years. I started off selling mostly new construction and diving deep into the ins and outs of building and land development. After learning that for a few years, I shifted my focus to resale homes, working with both buyers and sellers. Most recently, I no longer focus on one niche; I work with buyers and sellers of all kinds, as well as building and new construction.

As a real estate broker, I understand that buying and selling a home is the most important and expensive investment you’ll make in your lifetime, and with that can come a little stress and anxiety. I make sure to listen to my buyers' and sellers' needs and wants, and try to make every transaction as smooth and easygoing as possible. My philosophy is to treat others as I would want to be treated and to treat every transaction as if it were my own.

Being a PNW native, I consider myself an expert in our local market, neighborhoods, and schools. I stay involved with my community and up to date on new developments and projects to help my buyers and sellers understand where our market is headed and what changes could impact home values.

I’m a top-producing agent, having been in the top 5% of Clark County for the past 8 years, and consider negotiation, communication, and problem-solving a few of my best qualities. I pride myself on finding creative solutions for my clients and always making myself available when my clients need me.
